Ensuring projects are delivered to customers satisfaction in line with agreed time, cost and resources.Reporting to the Practice Director EMEA, this person is responsible for ensuring that the team have the skills, aptitude and experience to grow with the growing scope of projects delivered by the Consulting & Solutions team.In addition, they will be responsible for supporting administratively and operationally a successful consulting practice to meet the objectives of profitability, client success and service delivery. The role is core to the teams ability to maintain governancestandards, deliver projects effectively maintain quality and our reputation.Practice & Financial Management

  • Working to enhance organisational performance, productivity, and effectiveness of the consulting practice within the Health Consulting division.
  • Organising and administratively managing the practice as per the goals and objectives defined by the EMEA Practice Director.
  • Production of management information reports and dashboards that meets the requirements of the Practice Director including forecasting of availability to support pipeline planning
  • Ensuring that Consultants availability is in line with the Business Development pipeline
  • Allocation of Consultants to projects, aligning skills and experience with project needs
  • Monitor, manage and report utilisation of Consultants time. Monitoring of cost and delivery resources against project budgets
  • Drafting and executing operating procedures.
  • Maintaining and improving the overall administrative infrastructure required to support EMEA Practice development.
  • Under the leadership of the EMEA Practice Director and in collaboration with Consulting & Solutions CFO, work with EMEA Accountant to oversee Practice budget planning, resourcing, and procurement;
  • Monitor Practice accounts/budget and expenditures.
  • In cooperation with Prague Shared Services Centre, ensure proper integration of Europe Practice into Group accounting/billing process.
  • Working with the shared finance service to make sure that all monthly invoices are correct and sent to Clients and Contractors
  • Approving Consultants and external Consultants expenses
Profile description:
  • 5+ years of working experience, with ideally 3 years successful track record of service delivery;
  • Project-based consulting experience plus proven expertise in project management and business analysis;
  • Experience in pricing, including developing strategies as well as tactical client level support;
  • Past successful experience in working in regional/functional matrix organization;
  • Work exposure in an international environment and successful track record in working across cultures;
  • Understanding of B-to-B dynamics and requirements;
  • Client facing experience
  • Previous experience in the healthcare, energy, mining and security industries preferred
  • Degree in Business or Management Sciences is an advantage.
