Many of these customers seek help from AWS Professional Services in their transition to a cloud-based IT operating model.At AWS Professional Services, we are building a global team of technical cloud computing architects to work on enterprise customer engagements around the world and to help our partners develop technical expertise and capacity supporting these customers. To help grow and scale this business, we are looking for a Programme Management with operational and financial experience combined with excellent collaboration, and communication skills. This individual will be part of the EMEA Practice Development & Business Operations Team and will collaborate closely with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team. AWS ProServe in EMEA covers 12 countries at present some of which are established and some are emerging and we will expand to 15 countries in 2015.The role will manage Strategic Programmes for EMEA, translating Strategy into executable operational plans and mechanisms that enables the business to mature and scale in line with growth. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of Programme Management, Consulting, Strategic Planning, and have a strong Finance, Analytics, and Operations background. They will have demonstrated experience delivering Programmes in a product or services business. They must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive projects, build the right analytics, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done! In this role you will anticipate bottlenecks, remove blockers, and balance the business needs versus constraints. An ability to take large, complex programmes and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner with the right metrics and KPIs is expected. Maturity, high judgment, organisational skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.You will need to be experienced in working in a highly competitive Software & Services environment. The first Strategic Programme this role will be responsible for is EMEA Investment Management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of all the processes needed to support Investment. You will be expected to set policy and guidance, ensure adherence and communicate the benefits to the EMEA team.Investment Management: As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for the Budgeting & Planning process for all Investment activity in ProServe EMEA including Adoption Incentive, MAP, Supercharge and Complimentary Workshops. You will be responsible for establishing Investment Mechanisms to manage the process, track and monitor, ensure adoption and continuously scale and improve the process. You will be responsible for the Strategy, Deployment, Consumption and Return on Investment (ROI) for the EMEA annual Investment Budget (in excess of $25m). You will be responsible for ensuring the criteria for Investment are met and for tracking ROI. You will work with the Country leadership to build Investment mental models for the Country, Industries and Partners, and ensure the models are applied consistently. You will work with Sales and Sales enablement influencing the Sales Strategy to direct Investments where we will achieve most meaningful returns.Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· KPIs, Metrics and Analytics: Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for Investment, providing weekly, monthly and quarterly updates across all initiatives. Be able to deep dive and provide root cause analysis and accompanying actions to solve gaps.· Project Health: In collaboration with the EMEA Engagement Health Leader monitor, track and ensure successful completion of all Investment whilst achieving the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).· Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Provide oversight and guidance to country teams in their planning and execution of Investments.System Knowledge:· Desirable: Understanding and experience of SFDC· Desirable: Understanding and experience of use of Tableau
