As a Resource Technician/Practical Instructor at our Enfield campus, you will support the teaching staff and students across all courses within the Colleges specialist horticulture and landscaping programmes, including maintaining practical equipment and gardens/grounds.The successful candidate will be working within a team of other practical instructors as well as with teaching colleagues from within the School and the gardening team on campus. They will help with the successful delivery of a variety of teaching and learning programmes, coordinating the use of resources, equipment and materials within the College estates and across all courses.The ideal candidate will have a range of industry skills, including plant propagation, and the ability to operate and maintain horticultural machinery and some experience working in the training/education sector. A Level 2 qualification in horticulture is required, and a PA1/PA6 Certificate is desirable.
