PR & Social Media Executive - SALARY: £30,000 per annumSTART DATE: ImmediateLondon - home-based plus flexibility to attend the office when requiredFounded in 2008, Susan Caplan is a renowned global market leader in luxury vintage Jewellery, selling from Selfridges in London to Beams in Japan, we sell in-store and online in up to 30 stockists including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and many more. From Rhianna to Beyoncé, the curated collections have a loyal following highlighting the synergy between vintage and contemporary which is synonymous with exclusivity and authenticity, sustainability being at the core of the brand.THE POSITIONAs the PR & Social Media Executive you will be responsible for driving and implementing the marketing strategy for the Susan Caplan brand. It is crucial that you have a solid understanding of the ever-growing digital world, from social media to creative production and how they can relate to the Susan Caplan brand. The role requires someone to fully own and lead the marketing landscape within the business and implement necessary initiatives to develop the brands position. You will be responsible for the overall PR & Social Media strategy to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvementThe role requires a focused, driven, hardworking individual with a positive and proactive attitude.key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:·Establish the overarching target driven marketing strategy for the Susan CaplanBrand·Establish the yearly marketing calendar and strategic approach for key moments including major campaigns, initiatives and partnerships·Develop and maintain the creative direction ensuring a strong focus on online and social for example: brand messaging, newsletter designs, company branding and campaign concepts·Responsible for ensuring the Susan Caplan brand obtains maximum exposure from relevant press stakeholders & through different marketing initiatives·Maintain relevant press communication externally to maximise brand awareness·Develop and implement the email marketing strategy to grow the consumer database and conversions·Responsible for developing the brand tone of voice and delivering necessary brand or press interviews in close collaboration with Susan·Maintain all relationship with PR agencies, stylists, magazine editors and all PR stakeholders·Responsible for managing the end to end of all creative production and marketing material·Responsible for shoot production from concept to completion, delivering on brand content in line with the marketing calendar within deadline and budget·Responsible for dealing with all stakeholders relating to photo shoots from model agents to stylists·Review how to constantly improve the creative content and keep up to date with competitor activity·Develop and deliver the social media strategy, setting KPIs against brand and commercial objectives from increased conversion to brand engagement·Responsible for upkeep of all social media channels from Instagram to Facebook·Ensure social media is in keeping with Susan Caplan vision & strategy·Manage all social media statistics and assess how to maximize sales through social media outlets·Effectively monitor and report on social performance weekly & monthly·Responsible for sourcing and managing influencers collaborators to create bespoke content·Keep up to date with social media trends & ensure you are fully au fait with all social media toolsSkills and experience·Thorough understanding of the PR & Marketing (including social media) landscape and experience in like-minded brands·Has an analytical mind and is able to interpret numbers and data into actionable insights as well as experience with social listening tools, such as Google Analytics·Ability to provide necessary leadership, planning and strong communication·Demonstrates a strong work ethic, enthusiasm is a must·A strong attention to detail with an exceptional creative eye·Proven track record in developing brands and promoting via SEO channels and media·Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and remain proactive and professional·Ability to improve process, streamline efficiencies and increase productivity·Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesignSusan Caplan is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
