    • Job Description Publicist/ PR Executive | 12m Contract | Gaming Experience Essential | Well known Entertainment Group | £140 - £150 pd | Interviewing immediately !! My client a world class Entertainment Group are currently recruiting for a Publicist on a 12m contract who has at least 3+ years experience working either in a PR Agency or Inhouse on national campaigns within the gaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain an insight into a well known a respected brand in the market in a position that has a wide range of responsibilities where you can grow and develop as a PR specialist. These responsibilities include but are not limited to; title campaign activity, external agency management, influencer engagement, social media management and reporting over the Home Entertainment Games, Film and TV portfolio. Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead titles and associated budget across Games (Console, PC & Mobile), Theatrical New Release, Catalogue, TV and Family Entertainment product.
  • Lead on briefing and managing agencies to implement campaign strategy and approve any agency generated creative materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key UK media and influencers.
  • Work with the wider team on publicity events. This includes talent tours, premieres, consumer events, junkets, hands-on demo events, game developer tours, studio visits, consumer, trade and partner events
  • Direct and manage all reporting, systems and communication.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the other offices to secure materials, approvals and ensure creative and legal guidelines are met.
    • Key Skills and Experience
  • A strong communicator
  • Proven track record of delivering creative and engaging PR campaigns.
  • Ability to manage the general day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong media knowledge with a good network of journalists or contacts in the industry.
  • Experience drafting PR plans and strategy, decks and documents.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • Persistent, dedicated and logical
  • Team Player ability
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
  • Analytical skills and close attention to detail.
  • 3 years prior PR agency or in-house experience working on national campaigns. Games experience is essential and film/tv experience is preferred.
