We know that people dont buy what you do, they buy why you do it - and thats why our international payments, banking, cybersecurity and eCommerce clients can be seen improving the world around us.The roleYou will be responsible for your teams content ensuring its well polished and in alignment with clients tone of voice and style. You will work very closely with a number of people including the C-suite, marketer and designers to ensure high quality contentwith the best engagement in the Fintech industry. This is a very fast paced role, for someone who is organised and motivated, while being meticulous about standards and passionate about Fintech. The company is leaving a lasting impact on the industry and youwill be an important part of this incredible team.Key skills

  • Experience working with complex Fintech, payments or technology topics

  • Project management talents with an aptitude for organisation and attention to detail
Strong copywriting, proofing and editorial skills and outstanding creative flair. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop client relationshipThe detail:
  • Manage and own the whole editorial process for your team
  • Creating and editing various types of content: blog posts, opinion pieces, whitepapers and reports, website copy, press releases and more
  • Experience writing long form, highly-researched and engaging blog content (2,000 words plus)
  • Working with other writers, experts and partners to provide content
  • Highly engaged with the Fintech industry news agenda to curate news stories
  • Ability to think outside the box, find interesting angles and creating content people cant help but like, share, tweet, and reblog
  • Working with designers to select and produce images, video, GIFs, info bits and infographics to accompany content
  • Implementing refinements to the editorial systems within the business
  • Working closely with the client to create content stories from customers and partners
  • Staying informed with trends and best practices for customer content, social platforms, thought leadership etc.
  • Instilling a culture where your team delivers world class ideas and insight (data, stats, research, analysis and creativity)
  • Stick to allocated hours per client
  • Work as part of an integrated team
  • Understand the client and their drivers
  • Work to company standards
  • Provide strategic input to account planning and reviews
  • Drive the development of campaign strategy and plans
  • Build industry expertise
  • Be proficient in the companies chosen admininstrative and media relations tools
  • Take an active interest in the Fintech industry news agenda
  • Ability to analyse complex data and interpret it for a range of audiences
  • Display business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments and represent PR and content value at a senior level within the company and our clients
