Job Description

Beauty PR Account Manager within a leading PR consultancy working across clients spanning skincare, haircare, cosmetics, medical aesthetics and wellness.Client DetailsA leading London PR consultancy representing well-established clients that set the standard across skincare, haircare, cosmetics, medical aesthetics and wellness. With over 20 years experience, this team of skilled communicators delivers impactful 360-degreeintegrated PR, social and influencer campaigns for brands including: SkinCeuticals, Rodial, Alphascience, Dermalux, LOreal Paris, Salon 64, Indaba Yoga Studio, Lusso Tan and Bioglan.Description

  • Manage and mentor junior team to deliver campaign work for clients
  • Draft press materials including press releases, media pitches and e-blasts for sell-ins
  • Support team with developing social media strategies and content plans
  • Sharing creative ideas for mailers, events and cross-promotion activities
  • Support with development of integrated influencer campaigns including identification, contract negotiation, content review and reporting
  • Work with internal photographer who helps develop creative content for brands
  • Marketing support for clients including crafting Mailchimp campaigns, newsletters and blogs
  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns against KPIs
Profile
  • At least 3-4 years of PR experience within the health, beauty & lifestyle sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the PR industry gained either in-house or within agency.
  • Good organisational skills and experience managing client projects and a team
  • Experience in social media for brands i.e., content creation, social media analysis, strategy development
  • Experience of managing influencer campaigns - identification, contract negotiation, reviewing content and reporting
  • Must have excellent communication skills & attention to detail
  • Solid press and influencer contacts
  • Must have a natural flair for gaining coverage and helping to meet coverage targets
  • Exemplary writing skills - able to write creatively within press releases, news creation e-blasts, articles, and features
  • Creativity - both in proposing PR ideas, as well as within ways of working
  • Experience in compiling client reports, target media lists, PR calendars and influencer lists
  • Event management experience
  • Efficient and organised with excellent time management skills
  • Use of Canva, desirable
Job Offer
  • Permanent PR Account Manager position - salary up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
  • 20 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays, birthday off and office closure between Christmas & New Year
