PPC/Facebook/Paid/Biddable Media - Digital Performance Marketing Manager - Wembley / LondonCakes Today is West Londons largest same-day bespoke, hand made Cake / Bakery business based in Wembley (just behind Ikea), open till 10 pm, 7 days a week. We are a fast-growing company (probably the fastest growing cake company) and aim to go become one of London’s largest Cake Makers. Within our growing organisation, we are making thousands of FRESH Cakes and pastries, each month. We aim to be 200 strong in the coming 24 months. We have a truly unique concept and in many respects are reinventing how to shop for a cake.There’s just a few firms who can say 2020 has been a good year for them. This thankfully, we can say we are one of those organisations.As a disruptor we were formed around 9/10 years ago and since then have built a significant customer base and experienced huge amounts of growth.We have previously outsourced our digital ad spends but have now decided to bring them in house. You have all of the key information / historic data available.This opportunity sits within our digital performance team, looking to give you control of all our PPC and paid media/display campaigns. These are accross Google, PPC, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, TikTok, YouTube and various other media platforms. It really is your chance to ultimately work across many of the key media platforms and deliver for this ever growing company with multiple brands.You’ll be joining an existing team of 6 within digital and marketing. It’s a pretty diverse team, with people coming from all different industries and age ranges. They’re all very approachable and friendly. The unifying theme being each are experts within their field, and that’s what they’re looking for you to become in this role too. You will too be working extremely closely with the inhouse sales and call centre team of around 15.Confident enough to be able to autonomously own each campaign, with the knowledge to adapt and come up with different ideas to test and learn from in order to drive improvements to paid media performance. We all teams are based in house and with a sameday product you truly will be able to see the results of your testing pretty instantly. You will have all the content that you need in house including our own inhouse food photographer / videographer / stylist.It’s important to highlight, you’ve got to be happy taking on a role where you’ll be required to build and manage the campaigns yourself, as you will not be pushing them through agencies and just project managing.There’s multiple brands you’ll be managing campaigns for, and there’s new ones on the horizon coming too in order to target different niches. So there’s plenty to get your teeth into and a growth mandate coming too.
