Job Description

Purpose of the Role: To support and help define and deliver best in class paid search, display & remarketing campaign management encompassing Google Ads, Bing Ads, audience management, Search Ads 360 bid manager & programmatic that brings to life Towergate’s brand and propositions to our customers.The PPC Executive will provide support for establishing the right search & display advertising frameworks and will liaise with our wider marketing colleagues to deliver campaigns. They will work closely within our Digital Marketing team across analytics, content, social and web development and with marketing teams in our businesses across the UK.On a daily basis, the PPC Executive will work with the team to assist the planning, creation, and execution campaigns to drive sales, lead generation, and engagement amongst their audiences.Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Support the creation of new PPC campaigns based on business objectives
  • Continuous management and optimisation of existing campaigns across search and display providing analysis of current campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
  • Helping to ensure a consistent tone of voice and style across search ad copy and display banners
  • Taking part in daily/weekly calls with business leaders to present performance, results and areas for improvement
  • Helping build relationships with Google, Bing, Merkle, Adthena and other key account managers
  • Driving results through use of new technologies and key supplier AI developments
  • Analysing effectiveness and performance of programmatic display and remarketing campaigns and assisting with the management of an agency with a view to bring in house at a future point
  • Providing competitor insight to key stakeholders and making recommendations for new products to target via search marketing
  • Managing spend and ROI reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and providing key stakeholders with the information needed to assist operational performance.
  • Being able to work to a budget and deliver consistent results within budget
  • Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in PPC & Programmatic marketing and digital acquisition
  • Super user with demonstrable experience of Adwords, Bing Ads, SA360 and other PPC platforms
  • Strong demonstrable experience in display and remarketing and other non-search engine paid for digital campaigns
  • Understanding of Google analytics and other digital analytics platforms
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ideally degree level in a marketing, business or communications related discipline
  • Financial services experience preferable but not essential
  • HTML and other coding language knowledge preferred
