Power Apps Developer - part remote workingA great opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic company with multiple offices in the UK as a Power Apps Developer. We are flexible on the working arrangements and envisage the successful candidate will have flexible working options and will be required toattend the office maybe 1 or 2 days a week as a minimum. You can attend either the London office or Bath office.The company is experiencing a period of growth and they are looking for Power Apps developers at different levels, from Mid-level to Senior Developer. The salary is dependent on experience and they offer a superb benefits package for the right candidate! The main focus for this position will be to undertake projects integrating Microsoft Teams, Teams Apps, SharePoint and the Power Platform with processes and systems to deliver efficient and intuitive solutionsThe successful candidate would also be responsible for making use of the new Microsoft Viva platform to integrate the SharePoint company intranet site to Teams. Technologies such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics are also used within the company and the candidateshould ideally be able to incorporate these technologies into relevant solutions. Whilst there will be well defined new and existing projects, the role will also involve liaising directly with departments to review processes and offer solutions to optimise work within the company. As such excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, will be essential.This role will work closely with the Software Development, Infrastructure and IT Support teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are delivered. It will be necessary to collaborate with other in-house developers to build knowledge, experienceand understanding of new and existing solutions as a team. Taking ownership of projects and being able to deliver workable solutions will be key. The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate the ability to take the initiative as well as showing adaptability when responding to evolving briefs.Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:*Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Platform and Teams app development*Knowledge of SharePoint development*Experience with Microsoft Power PlatformoPower AppsoPower AutomateoPower BI*Design solutions utilising best practices, create and update documentation*Work with the business to understand and analyse requirements.*An ability to build productive internal customer focused relationships within the business.*Support with training others in the use of Teams Apps / PowerApps*Assist with establishing a change management framework for updates*Web development experience*Knowledge of Microsoft Graph*Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse*Knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET, C# *Understanding of APIs and other connectorsThe following skills would also be beneficial:*Experience of SQL*Knowledge of Dynamics 365*Experience in design and testing of software & processesExperience with issue and project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or TFSIt is essential that all Power Apps Developers have first class communication skills - both written and verbal, great team working skills, well organised, show initiative, logical thinker, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
