Youll be working with a team of five other Chartered Surveyors, reporting into the Head of Commercial Estates, and managing all commercial property matters in Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.This role will involve all facets of commercial property management- handling acquisitions, disposals (freehold, leases and licenses), development proposals, lease events, planning - to deliver rental income and optimum commercial use of the historic assets in our care.An experienced Chartered Surveyor, youll need to beas comfortable working with individual tenants as with national institutions, handling development proposals through to negotiating wayleaves, managing residential leases and grazing licences.
