Population Health & Wellbeing Intelligence ManagerPLEASE NOT THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35Our client based in South East London are recruiting for a Population Health & Wellbeing Intelligence Manager- INSIDE IR35. Onboarding and induction will take place at the office, with social distancing in place. At the moment it will be remote working - this may change with the Goverment update on June 1st.The successful applicant will be required to lead, plan and manage the strategic and operational Population Health and Wellbeing Intelligence function for large public sector client.To lead on behalf of public health the co-ordination and analysis of data to support the Integration of Adult Health and Social Care and Better Care Fund planning and implementation. To create and maintain systems and processes to gather, and analyze data and population health and wellbeing intelligence to inform evidence based policy making and commissioning decisions. This will include strong liaison and working relationships with other council directorates in particular, the Community Services Directorate and the Children and Young Peoples Directorate and their Joint Commissioning Teams, as well as many other key stakeholders to maximize health improvement and reduce inequalities. Knowledge An understanding of the context of public health within local government and the wider health economySubstantial specialist knowledge and experience of statistical techniques and proceduresSubstantial knowledge of accessing and interpreting complex health related dataSubstantial knowledge of epidemiology, statistics and researchSubstantial knowledge of STAT/SPSS/SAS or other specialist statistical softwareSubstantial knowledge of GIS systems and outputsSubstantial extensive working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of MS Excel)Substantial knowledge of data security and confidentiality issuesSubstantial knowledge of current public health policySubstantial knowledge of role of key organisations, Public Health England , Health and Social Care Information CentrePlease send me your latest CV for immediate consideration.
