Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Coordinator that can speak fluent Polish and English is available to join a dynamic and fast paced Logistics/Customer Service team of 15 people.The team is responsible for managing the business operation ranging from Imports, Warehouses, Deliveries to customers, Exports outside Europe and Demand Planning. With the expected growth of the business in Europe, our client is looking to add one member to the team, which will be involved on the Eastern European Operations. Its main focus will be Sales Support, Logistic Coordination of deliveries throughout Europe, tracking of shipments, handling of Non-Conformance, Stock reconciliation processes with the European 3PLs, the maintenance and handling of all information on the system and other projects within the department. The role will include the following activities:

  • Arranging of deliveries to customers from warehouses in UK and Europe by road, air or courier. To include:
  • Liaison with customers, warehouses and carriers.
  • Input of correct information onto Citrix (database) to create forward allocations and warehouse instructions;
  • Invoicing customers promptly with correct VAT calculated
  • Prepare shipping documents ( warehouse instruction, Packing List, Dangerous goods note, packaging label)
  • Handling enquiries, complaints and other aspects of customer service as required
  • Monthly stock reconciliations and handling follow-on enquiries from the Finance department;
  • Handling Non-Conformances
  • Occasional on-site inspection of warehouses;
  • Processing charges invoices from warehouses, forwarders and other suppliers;
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level at the line manager’s instruction
  • Any necessary training will be conducted on the job, this will include how the company operates, its SOPs and main processes. Must speak fluent Polish as well as English and have strong IT and customer service skills.
