Attention to detail in a fast pacedbusy matrix organization.MUST have some finance, banking, trading, bonds background.Someone who can stand up to senior stakeholders (Legal, COO, CTO and more) with what they seek, why, able to ask probing questions and being asked those questions back and being able to explain and push back when/if needed.
