Job Description

PMO Manager, Reg Change, Investment Banking£600 - £700pd - via an Umbrella Company - 6 Month Rolling ContractLondonSenior PMO Lead, PMO Manager, Regulatory Change, MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Business Change, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking.A global Investment Bank are currently seeking a Senior PMO Lead/ PMO Manager to join them on a 6 month rolling contract in London (Although remote working initially, in line with regulations). The role requires in-depth PMO experience from within an Investment Bank, Private Bank or Wealth Management organisation. The role also requires previous programme focussed regulatory change experience. Experience with establishing a PMO function is also highly desirable.£600 - £700pd - via an Umbrella Company - 6 Month Rolling ContractEssential Requirements:

  • Prior experience in establishing or managing a PMO function in Investment Banking
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
  • Experience of working as a PMO dedicated to a Programme, rather than a centralised office.
  • Direct regulatory experience, ideally covering MiFID II and EMIR/ Dodd-Frank.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional lines
  • Professional outlook with the ability to use initiative, manage deadlines, coordinate multiple tasks and work to deadlines and targets
  • Very strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create presentations on complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Strong MSOffice skills particularly Powerpoint, MS Project, Excel and Sharepoint. Use of other tools such as Confluence or JIRA an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to produce communications such as newsletter and other flash reports
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting reports to senior management
