PMO professional to work with our Tier 1 Investment Banking client, based within the Regulatory Reform team assisting with projects related to the high priority LIBOR Transition. About the role While your responsibilities can vary as the project/program grows, they may include: Assisting in project scoping, planning and RAID management and tracking Supporting teams working on different LIBOR Transition workstreamsTracking and reporting project status to senior management Performing quality control checks on the submissions across multiple projects Actively liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple teams and functions Performing maintenance of project deliverables/ SharePoint site Formulating and sending responses to clients and regulatory bodies regarding queries and updates Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role Why Vox Vox Clients - As a Vox consultant, you will be working withsome of the top clients in the financial services marketplace. All our relationships are based on our Core Values: Innovation, Nurture, Solutions, Potential, Inclusiveness, Resilience & Evolution.Who are we looking for Requirements: 2+ years experience within PMO roles in Banking, ideally with Tier 1 Investment Banks Experience communicating/producing reporting to senior management Familiar working with RAID logs and maintaining project deliverables/SharePointsites Be proactive, with good client facing skills Be a self-starter, able to drive initiative with minimal direction Confident with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint Good data analytics skillset, comfortable working with data setsto transform into reports Desirable: Knowledge of LIBOR and the requirements banks are facing Right to Work VOX is not in the position to provide sponsorship for this current position and so applicants must be able to work in the United Kingdom without requiringsponsorship (Vox Financial Partners value inclusiveness and aspire to reflect this in our workforce.
