Job Description

The ideal PMO will have a background in Insurance and has recent experience overseeing the planning, delivery, and governance across a recent Digital Transformation. As well as comfortable working across multiple locations - EMEA, Latin America & Asia Pacific.In the role, you will work closely with Operations, Finance, and IT leaders to ensure that scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and program operating standards are met.To be considered for this role you will need some of the following:

  • Relevant PMO experience within the Insurance domain is essential for this role - underwriting and claims transformation.
  • Insurance transformation process knowledge and skill set
  • An excellent level of communication and presentation skills is essential.
  • Project and/or program management experience exceeding £20 million in complexity and global reach
  • Core competencies include Programme Management, Project Planning & Control, Project Risk Management, and Budgetary Control
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn quickly
  • Ability to manage through systems and execute strategies
  • A strong preference would be given to candidates with experience in large business transformation programs
  • A proactive and efficient communicator
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
