Job Description

PMO Finance Analyst Our retail client are looking for a PMO Finance Analyst to join them for a 6 month contract initially.This will be supporting Programmes of work within the Infrastructure/Network space.They are looking for people who have supported large portfolios and who have strong knowledge within Programme Finances.Accountabilities:

  • The ability to plan and control the finances of programmes or portfolios and their related change initiatives, as a means of driving performance and as part of the organisations overall financial management.
  • Tracking and forecasting of overall FS Outcome spend across projects and BAU
  • Resource management
  • Highlighting risks to spend, underspend
  • Consolidation of Benefits tracking against business cases
  • Providing data and analysis to FS leadership to allow strategic decision making
  • Using Oracle / Clarity data for analysis and reporting
  • Manage delegated authority process
  • Tracking of Portfolio budget spend requests
  • Set up of projects in Oracle / journals
  • VAT process
  • Accruals process
  • Product performance sales data.
  • Deliverables:
  • Outcome Finance tracker
  • Decision log for spend
  • Financial process for delegated authority
