Job Description

AMS is the worlds leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with NatWest to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a PMO Analyst for a 6 month contract based remotely.NatWest are a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.Job description - the role

  • Project Constellation is a multi-year programme to implement RBSIs future financial crime strategy
  • A core premise of project is the pursuit of alignment, where possible, with NatWest Groups (NWG) financial crime technology and operating model, across 5 key areas: CDD (with a focus on in-life management), screening, transaction monitoring, anti-briberyand corruption, and anti-tax evasion

  • This project will comprise of a number of areas including remediating existing data on to one golden source, understanding future data models and ensuring technology supports the data model. This will involve working across a number of areas including theData & Analytics team, the business, other project colleagues, as well as colleagues in NWG who are delivering similar projects across other franchises in the grou
What youll do
  • Support project boards / secretariat
  • Work with the team to create packs
  • Distribute packs, take meeting minutes, make sure teams attend meetings
  • Help with recruiting people onto the project, onboarding, deal with Purchase Orders, contract extensions
  • Maintain project management system (Planview)
  • Report on achievement of milestones
  • Support workshops
  • Ensure data quality standards are met on core system and files
  • Any other ad-hoc duties from either project or programme
The skills youll need
  • MS suite, Planview, Oracle (Projects/Procurement)
  • Fieldglass knowledge would be beneficial
  • NatWest or RBSi experience would be beneficial
  • Financial Services background required
  • Transformation project knowledge
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to learn quickly in this kind of environment
  • Operate independently and as part of a team
  • Stakeholder management
  • Able to analyse/interpret data
