Job Description

PMLD TA - Havering, East LondonRemedy Education are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN setting in Havering, East London. We work with a school that specialises in supporting students with the most severe Special Educational Needs, who are on the lookoutfor specialist staff.

  • Do you have experience working with pupils that have Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities
  • Will you be able to assist wheelchair users when needed
  • Are you kind-spirited, and take reward in being able to help vulnerable young people
If youve answered yes to these questions, then this PMLD TA role may be for you!To become a successful candidate for this PMLD TA role, you must have previous experience working with pupils that have Physical Disabilities. This role will consist of you working 1:1 with students that have Physical Disabilities which means they may beunable to do day-to-day activities by themselves. You will be responsible for assisting the pupils out of their wheelchair when needed and providing them with beneficial academic sessions.
