Newtons Property Solutions are a rapidly growing business servicing some of londons biggest and most recognised estate agencies. We have numerous large contracts covering the maintenance of 10+ London estate agents and are in need of additional staff tocover our expanding workload. As we started off as a small family run business we value our staff and strive to create a postive and happy working environment.The successful applicant would be skilled to a City & Guilds/ NVQ or equivalent and be suitably qualified to undertake work on unvented systems.Responsibilities of our Plumber: As part of your daily duties, you will be working in tenanted and empty residential properties in North, Est and Central LondonEssential skills Clean, full UK driving License Suitably qualified to undertake work on unvented systems Trade City & Guilds/ NQV qualification Experience within the maintenance environment Excellent ability to operate a PDA device and update works status with image uploads Asbestos Awareness Training Eligibility to work in the UKOwn van would be ideal but not essential as van can be provided. Hours are 9-6pm Monday to Friday with the option for overtime if wanted.A great opportunity to join the company in the early stages, we have seen rapid growth since we started in 2019 and have a wealth of large high street estate agent clinets and a growing private client base.This is a full time permanent role, with holiday pay and discretionary sick pay.
