Job Description

Platform Technical Account Manager, Global Digital Advertising, London, up to £85kThe CompanyThis company sits within a global network and specialises in digital advertising across a number of different platforms. They support the different media agencies within this network, working closely with clients across the UK, Europe and wider APAC. For someone from a Technical Solutions background, who is keen to be part of an award-winning team, this is a great opportunity.The JobAs the Platform Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first line technical support for other parts of the business
  • Providing different documentation to support clients
  • Supporting the onboarding of more junior members of the team
  • Management of the platform itself on a daily basis

  • Ability to think analytically and maximise this for the best results
  • Experience of using SQL and Python and cloud computing platforms such as GCP &AWS
  • Ability to work well both individually and within a team
  • Good experience of Excel
