Permanent Job Alert:Title: Enterprise Planning ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £89,000 p/aIndustry: UtilitiesEnterprise Planning Manager Overview: Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a well-established Energy Infrastructure business that enable British consumers to access secure, reliable digital smart energy readings and renewable energy.The business have a vision to transform legacy energy systems into secure, universal, digitally driven alternatives across Britain and are also committing it’s networks to mass EV adoption to support electric vehicle smart meter charging and reduce Co2 emissions.They are on the search for an Enterprise Planning Manager to ensure the business and Enterprise Planning division are aligned and working towards their set out objectives. To do this, you will define the business report calendar to identify what/ why keyreports are to be sent to key stakeholders.To ensure key reports are produced on time and effectively, this role will require strong co-ordination with Senior Stakeholders, colleagues of all levels across SLT, Programme Delivery and Finance/ Commercial alongside external parties, hence strong stakeholdermanagement, change management and leadership skills are required.Enterprise Planning Manager Responsibilities:

  • Key Report responsibility - confirming timescales, recipients and reasoning for all key reports
  • Efficiency - identify opportunities for reports to be rationalised
  • Producing a Master Enterprise Report Calendar - in turn project managing this to ensure reports are all submitted & sent on time and to quality
  • Project Planning - timescales of Key Reports that need to be published across the calendar year
  • Managing external parties - those of which may be involved in the producing Key Reports for the business
  • Support - Ad hoc support within the Enterprise Planning team
Enterprise Planning Manager Requirements:
  • Leadership - previous experience leading individuals or teams (will have responsibility of a small team).
  • Stakeholder management - the ability the manage stakeholders of various levels both external and internal.
  • Project/ Change Management skills - the ability to manage/ drive initiatives and deliver successful change in complex environments.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills - the ability to interpret and communicate complex information / reporting to non-technical contacts
  • Qualifications: Degree educated & Project Management certifications are desirable
