Job Description

Role: PlannerLocation: LondonSalary: £30000-£40000We are proud to be representing a young and growing planning consultancy that de-risk high quality schemes and improves deliverability as well as quality outcome. Due to a healthy workload are also on the look out for a Planner to join the office in London.Essential Criteria for a Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)
  • Understanding at a practical level in property.
  • MRTPI Qualified or working towards
  • Exposure in either the private or public sectors of planning.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of a Planner:
  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
  • Becoming a single point of contact for clients.
