Job Description

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Planned Works Manager for a Housing Association based in Central London.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a range of planned works projects from inception to completion, acting as the Client within your designated area of operations.
  • Lead and manage planned works projects, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, roof replacements, external decorations, and major structural repairs, from initial planning through to completion.
  • Ensure all projects comply with CDM Regulations 2015, including the preparation of all necessary documentation and risk assessments.
  • Plan and organize works projects to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services that meet business plan objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare project briefs, appoint and brief external consultants, internal property maintenance teams, and stakeholders.
  • Work with external contractors to ensure work is financially viable and meets quality standards.
  • Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure projects are delivered with quality and value for money.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the employers requirements are understood and met.
