Job Description

Pharmaceutical business analysts, consulting firm London LIMS IT Project Management, client side role Your new companyIs a leading Life Sciences & pharmaceutical consultancy company, working with top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech companies globally.They are looking to bring in multiple contract Business Analysts to work on a pharmaceutical client project in Hertfordshire for an ASAP start. Contract positions range between 6 and 12 months and some offer the opportunity to work fully remote and part-time.Your new roleYoull be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the clients EU organisation to drive forward several projects, initially focused around LIMS.Major responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing data and communicating results to project stakeholders and managers within the clients teams.
  • Define, design, and document business flows and processes on various sized projects.
  • Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, including working with end users when required.
  • Act as the primary contact for data management processes, working closely with IT developers and the business
  • Hands-on problem solving to deal with project related issues, including amending processes ahead of time to avoid / mitigate roadblocks or potential problems before they arise
  • Provide cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and processes
  • Carry out user training on various applications / systems
What youll need to succeed
  • Strong experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems.
  • A track record of business/process analysis within the Life Science OR Pharmaceutical domain industry
  • Experience gathering, documenting, communicating and managing requirements through project lifecycle
  • Good direct experience with regulated systems and documentation.
  • The ability to translate requirements from business processes.
  • Solid knowledge of the application development process.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening).
  • The ability to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • A track record of applying information systems solutions to business problems
