Job Description

Personal Assistant with Property Experience - IslingtonSalary £25,000 - £30,000 Monday to Friday (some occasional Saturdays with day off during the week)My Client is independent property company with over 20 years experience in residential and commercial lettings in the North London property market. They are looking for an administrator to join their friendly and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have good time management skills, be well presented as well as having previous experience working as a PA within the property industry.You will be providing support to the Managing Director and act as his main point of contact.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an ambassador for the office at all times and carrying out PA duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
  • Diary management - full control and maintenance of MD’s diary, making appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues
  • Email / telephone management - incoming telephone calls and emails regularly.
  • Copy typing letters, memos, minutes, schedules and organisation of meetings and viewings
  • Carrying checks in line with government legislation
  • Managing the electronic filing system, corporate travel arrangements, database management and monitoring of office KPI’s and training new starters where necessary
  • Monthly reporting (management accounts/fee records/invoice reconciliation etc).
  • Compile and process expenses
  • Use of the invoicing system, maintain a record of all invoices raised.
  • Risk management, health and safety, security - Office alarm, key security, lone working
  • Qualifications/Education required:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good standard of English grammar and spelling and takes pride in presentation of work.
  • IT Skills: Word (Advanced) Excel (Intermediate)
  • Prior knowledge of database management would be preferred.
