Personal Assistant to Director £35,000 to £40,000NW8A prestigious, high end property investment & development group based in North West London are recruiting a diligent Personal Assistant to support one of their dynamic and entrepreneurial Directors. Duties will include:* Extensive diary management* Email management, composing correspondence * Coordinating international travel, accommodation and organising itineraries * Acting as first point of contact for Director * Typing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence for clients* Drafting sales memorandums and letters* Updating the company database* Collating and submitting expenses* Personal PA work for the Director when needed * Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office Package incl.
