Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEODepartment: ExecutiveLeading law firm looking to recruit dedicated and experienced PA for highly sought permanent positon. Salary: Competitive. To manage and organize the CEOs day-to-day, which includes both professional and personal life with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Tosuccessfully deal with changing priorities and a varied workload, as well as the ability to work flexibly as you manage simultaneous tasks. To be personable with an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent written communication, as you will be liaisingwith other professionals, staff and clients.Main Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Photocopying, filing & scanning
  • Email correspondence & letters.
  • Answering calls, composing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence for management meetings, other professionals & clients.
  • Collating performance & management reports for meeting
  • Organising domestic & overseas travel and accommodation.
  • Co-ordination of any events the director may be attending.
  • Implementation and continued monitoring of legally required documents.
  • Updating the company platforms and various databases.
  • Managing Companies house on appointments or resignations and general up keep.
  • Assisting on Company and personal property matters.
  • Liaising with estate agents and contractors.
  • Maintaining physical and digital company and associated company files and folders.
  • Project based work in gathering information required at a management level.
  • Collating and submitting expenses.
  • Assistance with the CEOs personal life such as dealing with subscriptions, booking restaurants, holidays, organising appointments, etc.
  • Assistance on audits.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills Required:
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Prior experience working in a support or co-ordination role.
  • Extremely organised.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner and strong writing ability. Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Work on own initiative and be proactive in finding solutions to problems.
  • Willingness to work flexibly across simultaneous tasks.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and with autonomy whilst being able to work well as part of the wider team.
  • Ability to anticipate needs of the team and prepare accordingly.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
  • Helpful approach with a willingness to do a job thoroughly and to the best of your ability.
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office Package including Word and Excel and Outlook
