Job Description

A friendly and successful international research and strategy consultancy is currently seeking an experienced PA to the Board and Office Manager, to work alongside theManagingPartners as they look to grow and develop the business.This is a great opportunityto join a company withan impressive client portfolio and are entering a stage of growth.You will be based in MTMs London offices minimum of 3 / 4 days per week.Primary/key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Managing and actively planning busy, active calendar of internal and external meetings and helping to plan the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, including international travel plans.
  • Helping to prepare documents for meetings, including background briefing documents, credentials documents, agendas and other items.
  • Composing and preparing internal briefing notes and client correspondence on behalf of the ManagingPartners, to follow up on client meetings.
  • From time to time, attending client meetings, taking meeting notes and then turning these into briefing notes for internal consulting teams.
  • Coordinating logistics for high-level meetings, internally and externally, communicating directly
  • Help the ManagingPartner leading on sales withdaily administrative duties, including: expense reports, time sheets, itineraries, and other documents.
  • Diary management for the board.
  • Office manager duties, running the office, ensure stock levels adequate
  • Sitting on the office committees, planning socials etc.
The ideal candidate will have provenexperience as a PA, be able to hit the ground running and be confident in their approach.
