Specialising in providing advice on personal wealth, including investments, pensions, and tax planning, they are now lookingfor a versatile and adaptable Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support their daily operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of Senior Advisers and Partners, coordinating client meetings and appointments.
  • Welcome high-net-worth clients at reception and facilitate smooth transitions to meeting rooms.
  • Assist in basic client information gathering and data entry into the in-house database.
  • Handle phone calls, take messages, and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Manage company stationery and ad hoc office equipment needs.
  • Contribute to planning and executing client events, as well as staff team-building exercises and social gatherings.
Previous experience in PA and office administrative role is desirable and ideally experience within a Financial Services or Professional services organisation.Our client offers:
