Personal Assistant - East LondonRole Our client is a property managing company who looking after a high profile Tech Business Campus in East London. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to support the CEO and COO. This is a unique opportunity to join their fast-growing and transformationalbusiness at a pivotal moment in its evolution.You will thrive in this role if you are extremely client facing as well as organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to form relationships quickly. The role requires IT skills, including MS Office products such as PowerPointand Excel. Additionally, you will be confident and able to take the initiative in ambiguous circumstances coupled with excellent time management skills. The ability to adapt priorities to meet deadlines and constantly changing demands are essential, as areaccuracy and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities *Full inbox and diary management for CEO and COO*Screens calls and e-mails, prioritising items for response and answering routine enquiries. Redirects items as appropriate*Planning, organising and supporting internal and external meetings and providing necessary documentation which includes proactively arranging agendas and notes ahead of meetings in a timely and efficient way including board level*Organising site tours for new clients*Booking travel and accommodation for international travel where required *Manage attendee lists for events and where appropriate support in execution of events at business campus*Providing project administrative support including but not limited to, formatting documents, reports and presentations*Manage invoicing process and approvals *Handling confidential information in a discreet, sensitive and diplomatic manner, ensuring security of access to such information is maintained at all times*Provide personal tasks on an adhoc basisSkills and abilities needed to perform role *The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivery in a PA/Team Assistant type role ideally at board level*Strong interpersonal skills - enjoys interacting with people and creates a positive and professional impression*An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks *Ability to work effectively within a team with strong internal networking skills*A natural ability to seek out and connect with "solution providers/fixers"*A positive, can-do approach to work, and transparency in communication/sharing ideas, issues, needs, concerns*Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and a proven ability to be proactive/work on own initiative*Need fully operational knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), must also have basic Excel knowledge.*Excellent time management/organisational skills and high throughput of quality work*Excellent written and verbal communicationMany thanks for your interest in this role, due to overwhelming add response suitable candidates only will be contacted and we wish you every success with your search.
