Job Description

Experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant sought, Medical Recruitment, SW London up to £25K pa (plus excellent commission scheme)If you have previously managed a busy perm desk, work well under pressure, and wish to join a team already smashing targets for 2022 - talk to us at Merco.   • Experience in pitching and winning client business for permanent and/or locum supply
  • Experience in recruiting, Nurses, AHPs, or Doctors in the UK or Internationally
  • Confidence to negotiate contracts in both NHS and private sectors
  • An understanding of Frameworks or a background in Private Sector Account Delivery
  • Not just business development skillsbut the desire to apply them with integrity
  • A reputation for professionalism and excellent customer service
  • A driven and proactive personality
