They are looking for a contract to start ASAP, their current Performance MarketingManager is leaving to work for an early-stage start-up and is looking to onboard a contractor before he leaves (December start or earlier).The Performance Marketing Manager role can be split into two different sections, firstly being hands on with PPC predominantly to create campaigns that engage with their customers and drive conversations, they are early on in their journey so they are opento multiple performance challenges, this contract will lay the foundations of channels they use going forward, this can be anything from TikTok to Reddit ads, as long as it provides an ROI and targets the right customer it will be considered. The other sideof the contract is focused on CRO and conversation, now they have the leads how do they convert them The app is being run by App veterans so they understand its not about downloads its about users who actually make deposits.Budgets are going to be seasonable but a growth hacking mindset is going to be needed to eek out the best ROI, budgets can be anything from 10k to 110k depending on the month but every penny counts to them!The initial contract is going to be 3 months but could be extended further while they hunt for a permanent candidate.The role is remote but the founders who prefer a candidate who can commute into the office for meetings ect.Role responsibilities:
