The Role: In this role, you will manage the day-to-day Performance Marketing campaigns and activities, across Paid Search and SEO and reporting of paid campaign results backto the business. Working closely with our Paid & Organic social agency partners to help drive growth and success. You will support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with implementing the strategic plans and campaigns across Paid Search and SEO. Hybrid workingapplies to this role, meaning you can work 50% of your time from our beautiful office in Kensington and 50% of your time from home. Duties & Responsibilities: Paid SearchHelp manage the agencies that implement all paid search campaigns globally, includingGoogle, Yahoo, Baidu, Naver & Bing.Responsible for optimisations, updating creative, and helping manage budgets across all global search accounts with the nominated agencies.Brief in-house copy team to create relevant on-brand ad copy with localisedkeywords/ad creative.Support on the implementation of campaigns, brief in-house creative team and oversee delivery of assets globally.Liaise with the agencies to ensure campaigns are running to optimum performance, and that new technology/placements/channelsare being considered.Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager on budget management, ensuring that spend is accurately recorded and reconciled.Track/monitor campaigns, report campaign results to all teams.Work closely with Mulberry local teams to understandkey territory objectives and consider these for PPC optimisations and planning. SEOHelp manage the SEO agency and inform internal teams on SEO optimisations and opportunities.Be the connection point between agency and development, ensuring that requiredchanges are fed into website planning.Support any new site launches with SEO audits and reviews.Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and SEO agency team to ensure that all aspects of digital content, paid search, digital advertisingand online PR activities are optimised for organic search.Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on managing SEO to help further make optimisations across the PPC account.Support with the development and maintenance of digital product feeds, eg.Google, Facebook, Pinterest.Track/monitor SEO optimisations made, report results to all teams. Skills & Experience Required:Minimum of 1-2 years experience running performance marketing campaigns in house or at an agency.Experience of hands-on Paid Search and SEO implementation and optimisation.Knowledgeable inWeb analytics / platform reporting.Proficient in Google technologies (AdWords, GA360, GTM, Datastudio).Excellent communications skills.Strong knowledge of Excel.Confident in reporting campaign results back to a wider team.Excellent awarenessof digital marketing and technology landscape.Ability to take the initiative and be proactive, anticipating problems and offering effective solutions.Flexible and able to adapt to change.High level of attention to detail is essential.Ability tobuild strong internal and external relationships and interact with people at all levels.A collaborative and diplomatic team player who is well-organised and efficient with strong planning and prioritising capabilities and has the ability to work to multiple,competing deadlines.Enthusiastic about the Mulberry brand and its innovative approach to digitalAn interest and understanding of the digital and luxury fashion landscape.Happy to have a "hands on" approach to working across a wide variety of ad hoctasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy digital environment.
