Well cover this during the assessment process.The pay banding for this position in £31,790 - £43,010.What you will be doing

  • Control and audit site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company Health & Safety policy
  • Manage an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external targets
  • Optimise service delivery and champion a customer focus
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance to Water Treatment Process Standards. Specifically in this role you will be responsible for the Slow Sand and Rapid Gravity Filter Management and Operation at Coppermills WTW
  • Ownership of Capital Investment Plan to refurbish filters
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders as required
We are looking for you to:
  • Have Significant relevant industry experience and understanding of the business
  • Have logistics and mobile plant experience would be preferable/ useful, this is particularly important when managing and mitigating risks towards Slow Sand and Rapid Gravity Filters
  • Have ability to lead and develop people within a team
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
