Job Description

Seeking a motivated People Manager to join a small HR team in the property industry. This role requires proven skills in a generalist HR role, a strong knowledge of HR processes, and a passion for employee development.Client DetailsOur client is a respected player in the property industry with a significant portfolio across the UK. With a team of over 190 dedicated professionals, they are committed to delivering high-quality service and driving the sector forward.DescriptionReporting to the Head of People responsibilities include:

  • Implementing HR policies and strategies.
  • Managing employee relations and providing guidance on employment law.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Driving performance management processes.
  • Reporting on HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives.
ProfileA successful People Manager should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as HR generalist
  • Experience within the property, real-estate or construction industry will be highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer
