The People Advisory Manager plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the people annual life cycle activities related to performance, talent andreward and leads a team whose role it is to advise and support people managers on people related matters. This role will support our Audit and Tax service line.Here are some things you can expect from this People Advisory Manager role.

  • Be a part of a team. You will be part of the People Advisory Manager team whose role is to drive the delivery of operational people activity across the team. People Advisory is an internal facing consultancy team whose purpose is to deliver a peopleexperience which is aligned to the people strategy, the firms purpose and its strategic goals. The teams aim is to create an environment which enables our people to thrive and do their best work, take shared responsibility and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Making quality second nature. This means doing whats right ahead of whats easy. The work that you will do has a major impact on our people, clients and our firm. We pride ourselves on the high standards we have for the work that we do across thefirm and you will role model these behaviours.
  • Own your own work. Outside of delivering against the people strategy and the business-as-usual activity required as part of the people life cycle activities, you will be responsible for generating your own work as you identify requirements for improvementor change from your interactions with your client group.
  • Take responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring you and your team deliver on our people strategy, people deal, people initiatives and the annual people experience cycle, in collaboration with our Strategic Business Partnering team and Centresof Excellence (CoEs). This will involve excellent organisation, stakeholder management and programme management skills.
  • Build your brand. Given the importance of this role, there will be exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge, build their network internally and develop their skillset.
The minimum criteriaYou will have HR generalist experience within a Business Partnering or generalist role, where you have been involved in reward and performance and talent management activityYou will have previous people management experienceSkills to set you apartHere are a few more skills we are looking for.
