Job Description

Pensions Associate A Top 100 law firm with a national presence, offering specialist advice to NHS trusts, social and private healthcare providers, are expanding their Pensions team and looking to recruit a senior solicitor based in their Central London office.The successful candidate will become a vital part of an ever-growing firm, which has garnered recognition as a Tier 2 firm in Legal 500. The firm provide a full range of services to clients including creation, operation, restructuring compliance and windingup issues for all types of pensions schemes.The team regularly supports pensions scheme investments and provides transactional support across all sectors of the firm. The ideal candidate would benefit from having previous experience of advising clients on drafting pensions schedules, admission agreements,and supporting lenders with advice around pensions risks on transactions.The Candidate

  • An ambitious solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
  • Good experience of advising local government, civil service, and NHS pension schemes.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
