Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity in Pensions and Benefits for a dynamic and organised individual, with strong analytical and communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.The successful candidate will support the Head of Pensions and International Benefits and other members of the Reward team on the delivery of pensions and benefits activities and the implementation of the global health and wellbeing strategy, engaging withstakeholders from various levels.Main Responsibilities
  • Perform pensions and benefits activities such as obtain, update and consolidate data, prepare and analyse reports, work on communications, respond to queries and arrange payments.
  • Collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders to manage pension and benefits processes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Organise meetings, including arranging them, working on the agenda and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide support on specific pensions projects in support of the wider program, working independently with external service providers to deliver what is required.
  • Provide support on the development of the health and wellbeing strategy.
  • Engage with regions and markets to obtain information and consolidate data about health and wellbeing and provide support as needed.
  • Support the team on the implementation of health and wellbeing global minimum standards and solutions, benefits reviews in various countries and global wellbeing calendar.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and report on data and discuss and highlight data issues.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage specific projects within a wider program.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to stay informed about pensions and benefits trends and innovations.
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in pensions and benefits.
  • Experience in working in a global plc company desirable.
