Senior Pension Service Specialist - Pensions AdministratorLondon£30,000 - £40,000 per annumReputable BPA provider in their search for a Pensions Administrator to join their DB Operations business in London or Reigate.Company client isworking with a reputable BPA provider in their search for a Senior Pension Services Specialist to join their DB Operations business in London or Reigate. Working as part of a Defined Benefits team you will support with complex queries and oversee member servicing activities on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for the completion of member options and will work with clients, TPAs and wider DB team toensure all member option calculations are accurate and paid on time. You will act as a main point of contact for TPAs and Pension Scheme Administrators to support with administration and payment queries, complaints and service concerns. Role requirements:* Excellent knowledge of defined benefit pension arrangements.* Experience in Pensions Administration, ideally working for or with a Third party administrator.* Experience of providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.This is an excellent opportunity to work with an innovative business and a disruptor within the de-risking market.
