Job Description

A London-based FTSE 100 blue chip Tech organisation requires a Penetration Tester to join their innovative cybersecurity audit team.You will perform technical assessments as part of this world class cybersecurity audit programme. The Penetration Tester role sits within their highly specialised technology audit function, in a team of 4. The function provides risk-based independent assuranceover the effectiveness of Group Technology internal controls to senior management as well as the Audit and Risk Committee.The organisation offers a first-class working environment, highly prestigious offices in the heart of London and a large collaborative multinational technology audit team.Career development and progression are at the heart of the organisations ethos and a clear development path will be tailored for each individuals preferences.   • Perform Penetration Testing and technical parts of the scoping, planning, delivery and reporting of cybersecurity audits in the Technology domain across all Operating Companies.
  • Be the subject matter expert within the Technology domain in the areas of ethical hacking, penetration testing, and wider use of technology and data to detect cybersecurity risks.
  • Continuously learn and evolve in terms of keeping up to date with new technologies and the ever-dynamic threat landscape.
  • Build positive working relationships with cybersecurity leaders across the organisation.
  • Support the Cybersecurity Audit Lead - and Heads of Audit - in the delivery of cyber security audit plans by providing knowledge and expertise.
Skills & experience
  • Display experience of penetration testing, IT/information security/ cyber security standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF and GITC.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Any accreditations in the area of Cyber Security would be beneficial but not essential such as CEH, OSCP, OSCE, CHECK Team Member CISA, CISSP, CISM or ISO27001 lead auditor.
  • Understanding of the audit process - identify the environment, understand risk, decide on the scope, create a list of evidence to obtain
