Job Description

As part of a CRM transformation programme we have deployed Pega Customer Decision & Marketing solution and in need of a LDAs who can work with the bank in understanding the strategies that need to be setup and configured in Pega.Following is a summary of key responsibilities.

  • Elaboration and capture of the relevant business requirements related to the solution strategy and logic
  • Configuration of the Banks standardised Pega solution with propositions and rules, strategy logic to deliver messages initially to the secure web site and then to email/SMS as per the approved requirements
  • Unit testing of the said configuration
  • Remedial actions / fixes in relation to errors identified as part of the Banks testing purposes
  • Contribution to the Banks reporting structures and processes as directed
  • Relevant and applicable handover of the work performed to the Banks representative if requested
  • Accordance with the applicable processes and procedures that have been specified to the resources in advance
  • Participation in the relevant engagement meetings as instructed by the authorised Bank representatives
