PC Support - IT Service Desk - Desktop Technical Support - Systems Banking Systems Helpdesk - Desktop Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd / 3rd Line Banking Systems Support Analyst - PC Support - Banking Systems and Applications Helpdesk & Technical Supportsought with good Windows 10, Office 365 + 2010 skills gained in a commercial environment by my West Central London Financial Services clientfor a 1 year Fixed Term (FTC) PAYE role paying up to £41,000 per annum with full Company benefits for a role which could go permanent in the future.You will be working 3 days a week in the London Office and 2 days a week from home/remotely.I am seeking an IT Support professional who MUST have worked in or have a financial services background (e.g. banking, insurance, finance, pensions, dealing room, trade floor, savings, assurance or investment etc) to join an established team to undertake Desktop Support and Helpdesk.This role will cover both hands on 1st - 3rd Telephone and Remote Access Support duties and Video Conferencing ( WebEx/Teams) as well as Deskside support (including VIP Support) and IT Project work.We are seeking a confident experienced hands on 1st / 2nd / 3rd Line Banking Systems Support Analyst who has excellent Windows 10 and Office 365 plus Ms Office 2010 ideally with either Mitel & Cisco telephone systems experience or Iphone / Blackberrysupport experience and ideally both!You should process has an excellent telephone manner and passion for user support and care. There will some elements of multitasking as you will be undertaking a variety of work ranging from 1st / 2nd & 3rd line Helpdesk to PC Support through to roll outs, special projects as well as new PC user set up and training. Due to the nature of the role, it calls for an outgoing person with excellentinterpersonal skills who enjoys lots of interaction with users. You must have previously worked in a structured financial services environment, e.g. banking, insurance pensions, dealing room, trade floor, savings, savings, assurance or investmentetc to be considered for this position.This role is a 1 year Fixed Term (FTC) role with full Company benefits and you will be employed directly by the client as they hope the role could go permanent in the future. You will be working for an international financial services client who operate in bright and modern West Central London offices with some home working.
