Job Description

London office 1-day per week with Flexi / Work from Home 4-days £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. plus bonus & benefitsROLE DUTIES

  • Organise tasks and resources to ensure the timely, efficient, and accurate payment of payroll to employees.
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve payroll queries and problems. Identifying root causes and developing short-term and long-term solutions as required to improve payroll processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all global salary payments, benefits and returns to the relevant authorities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all employer payroll related compliance forms and returns for all applicable jurisdictions including for example P11ds & PSAs
  • Reviewing information from HR regarding global payroll changes and challenge where necessary
  • Reconcile payroll records and underlying financial records on a timely basis and follow-up and resolve issues as they arise
  • Work with HR, business unit management and 3rd party providers across the group to identify and implement system or process improvements that will enhance the payroll process
  • Additional ad-hoc reporting as and when required.
  • In addition to the duties listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties as may arise in connection with the successful operation of the Company Authority
  • To operate within the parameters of the Group Delegation of Authority Matrix and Group Finance policies.
QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES
  • Min.3 years working experience within payroll and up to date knowledge of relevant payroll legislation
  • Experience of multi-country payroll and 3rd party outsourcing projects would be an advantage.
  • Good skills in Excel.
  • Problem solving mind set with drive and ability to work independently.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and the ability to influence others.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to selected overseas group sites if required
