Job Description

We are partnered with a global media organisation with major hubs in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll & Pensions Manager to join their small payroll function and lead on payroll delivery and necessarytransformation projects.As Payroll & Pensions Manager you will report into the Head of People Operations and will oversee one direct report.Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Oversee processing of multiple in-house and complex payrolls.
  • Streamlining of payroll and pension processes.
  • Implement new ways of working.
  • Ensure tax and pension compliance.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Create communication and employee engagement around pension topics.
  • Assist with transformation projects.
  • Lead on the transition from ADP Freedom to ADP IHCM.
  • Coach and manage the payroll controller.
Experienced required:
  • ADP experience is essential - ideally ADP Freedom.
  • People Management experience within a payroll function.
  • Experience with change management/payroll projects.
  • Experience with multiple and complex payrolls.
This role will be based in the London office 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for remote working the remainder of the time.Apply below!968733RMCINDPAY
