Job Description

Payroll Officer- £15.38ph - 16.48ph plus holiday pay - Central LondonStart immediately to the end of September 2024 initiallyAre you an experienced payroll professional with a knack for navigating the dynamic world of HR Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy contributing to transformational projects If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!THE ROLEThe Payroll Administrator will be joining a forward-thinking organisation, currently undertaking a transformation project to streamline their processes onto Sage HR and Payroll. The HR team is a close-knit group of three, part of a wider Corporate Team dedicatedto excellence and innovation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll and Pensions Management: Run the payroll and pensions for staff and associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative activities within the HR team as directed by the HR Assistant and HR Officer.
  • Project Contribution: Support the transformation project by contributing to the migration of processes onto Sage HR and Payroll as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in your approach.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Sage Payroll Experience: Proven experience with Sage Payroll is essential.
  • HR Team Experience: Previous experience working in a dynamic HR team, with a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to hit the ground running, adapting quickly to new challenges and requirements.
  • Office Presence: Availability to work in the office up to 2 days a week, with potential increases based on workload and team engagement needs.
