Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an organised, effective and timely payroll service. The role calls for someone to process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, ensuring all information and records relating to payroll are upto date. The main goal is to ensure all payroll procedures are compliant, efficient and current with UK and international laws and payroll tax obligations.Client Details

DescriptionKey responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee all end-to-end payroll processes including P60s, P11Ds etc.
  • Work closely with the Finance team in assisting with month-end
  • Work closely with the Tax team to ensure full compliance with regulations and tax obligations
  • Maintenance of accurate records and payroll reports
  • Understand tax coding and tax code downloads
ProfileEssential skills include:
  • Experience within a payroll manager role or similar
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures and laws
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Analytical person
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Highly computer literate with strong Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
Desired skills include:
  • Previous experience of Celergo payroll platform (via ADP)
  • Experience working in a business partner operating model
