The position is remote with occasional visits to other business sites.This is a hands-on, delivery focussed role with responsibility for ensuring the technical specification within the system meets all of SYNLABs requirements. The post holder will oversee data migration, lead rigorous User Acceptance Testing and ensure parallelruns are successfully completed and new end to end payroll processes are defined, implemented and rolled out along with appropriate training for system users, line managers and end users to project timelines.Reporting the HR Business Partner, the post holder will work closely with our supplier, internal HR teams, other key stake holders and be supported by a Project Manager and HR & Payroll Data Associate.Essential Skills & Experience:
