Job Description

To be considered for this initial Contract opportunity, you will ideally be available within 2 weeks, and not more than 1 month.Anthony Cole Associates are proud to be once again working with a very successful organisation with a truly global footprint. Due to business growth, an opportunity has opened up for an experienced International Payroll Specialist/Manager to join their London based (remote) team on a Contract basis initially. Our client is a specialized, global professional services firm that helps Clients defend, protect, and create value in the midst of transformational change or when facing significant regulatory or legal pressures. Enhanced by senior level engagement with Clients, their professionals provide services that extend from expert and advisory work through implementation and outsourcing.Responsibilities of the International Payroll Specialist/Manager:-To cover the full payroll process for the below legal entities

  • Entities
  • o UK payroll (ADP iHCM2)o Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi Protection System via an upload on the HSBC platform) - (in house)o Asia -South Korea (PwC)o Europe - Netherlands/France/Germany/Switzerland (TMF)
    1. Payroll
  • Responsible for the full payroll process (overall FTE 180), from new employee to leaver.
  • Updating ADP/relevant local providers with all relevant information, and completing all payroll adjustments
  • Reconciliation of payroll spreadsheets each month
  • Preparing all payroll Journals for the PeopleSoft system
  • Payments made via Bacs transfer, uploaded on the HSBC Platform or by AP Payment request
  • Payroll account reconciliations for all entities
  • Pension Administration for UK employees through the Aviva Portal
  • SOX compliance
  • Annual Company Audit

  • Processing invoices - monthly, annual and ad-hoc
  • Adds/deletes on benefits plans
  • Annual census data to external advisors (financial advisors)
  • Day to day enquiries with staff and external providers

    1. Annual returns to HMRC - Relevant Tax Authorities

  • End of year returns for UK and relevant end of year documentation for all regions
  • PSA Return - meals, staff entertainment, ground transportation (taxi’s)

  • Short term Business Visitor Return
    1. Ad Hoc Finance analysis
  • Variances analysis
  • Reconciliation of several control accounts related to payroll and balance monthly with detailed spreadsheets for each GL account
  • Journals
  • P&L queries
  • Support during year end audit process
  • To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:-
  • Strong International Payroll experience across UK/EMEA countries
  • ADP system (ideally iHCM2) & experience with TMF payroll bureau
  • Payroll benefits administration experience
